      What Is the Exchange Period for Products?

      For products purchased via www.missboheme.com.tr, the exchange period is “14 DAYS” from the invoice date, provided the item has not been used, washed, or had its tags removed. Products that have been used, have no tags, are damaged in a way that makes them unsellable, or are outside the return period, cannot be exchanged or returned. Such items will be sent back to you with shipping charges payable upon delivery.

      How Can I Make an Exchange?

      1- To request an exchange, send the item(s) you wish to exchange along with the original invoice to the address listed on the invoice using our contracted shipping company, Yurtiçi Kargo.

      2- Once we receive your shipment, our team will contact you and complete the exchange based on the returned item(s) and your request.

      Do I Need to Pay for Shipping During the Exchange Process?

      1- If the product you received was faulty/defective/incorrect, and you use our contracted shipping company to send it back, we will cover the shipping cost. If you use another shipping company, the shipping fee will not be covered by us.

      2- For exchanges that are not due to a fault/defect/error, we cover the return shipping cost when using our contracted company. However, the shipping cost for sending the new item to you will be your responsibility.

      3- We cover the cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange. However, the shipping fee for the new item will be charged to you.

      What If the New Item Costs More Than the One I Returned?

      1- If the total amount of the new items exceeds the returned item(s), the difference must be paid by you via bank transfer or credit card.

      What Should I Do If I Received a Faulty/Defective/Incorrect Item?

      All products we offer are carefully inspected for damage before being packaged and shipped. However, in the rare case that a product reaches you in a faulty, defective, or incorrect condition, the following steps should be taken:

      When your order is delivered by the shipping agent, please inspect the outer package before accepting it. If you notice any damage, ask the courier to prepare a “Damage Report”.

      If you discover the damage after delivery, immediately contact the relevant shipping branch and request a “Damage Report”. If the shipping company does not assist, please inform us as soon as possible.

      Once you send the damaged item to our Miss Boheme address along with the Damage Report, your exchange or return process will be quickly completed and you will be notified.

      How Will I Receive My Refund After Returning a Product?

      Once your returned product passes inspection and is approved, your payment will be refunded using the same method you used to make the original purchase.

      - If you paid by credit card, installment payments will be refunded in installments, and single payments in full, within 7 business days.

      - If you paid by debit card or bank transfer, your single payment will be refunded to your bank account via EFT within 7 business days.

      - If you paid by virtual card, the refund will be made to your card as a single payment within 7 business days.

      - Return shipping must be sent using Yurtiçi Kargo as a collect shipment. Shipments sent collect via other carriers will not be accepted.

      - The shipping fees (both outbound and return) will be deducted from the refund amount.
